ABOUT ME 

With over six years of experience in mental health, I specialise in creating safe, holistic spaces for healing and personal growth. As a qualified therapist, my approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), informed by trauma sensitivity and a human-centered perspective. I graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University in 2017 and have been in practice ever since!
