I’m a qualified, trauma-informed therapist based in Australia, offering both in-person and online therapy for individuals and couples across the Illawarra, Sydney, and worldwide. I support people who are navigating the deep and often unseen impact of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, self-harm, perfectionism, and nervous system overwhelm.

Maybe you’re constantly second-guessing yourself, feeling disconnected, emotionally shut down, or stuck in patterns that leave you burnt out or alone. Maybe you’re showing up for everyone else but have no idea how to actually show up for yourself. Or maybe you’ve experienced things—abuse, loss, emotional neglect—that still sit heavy in your system, even if you’ve never told anyone.

In our work together, you’ll find a grounded, compassionate space to begin unpacking the layers—safely, slowly, and with full permission to show up exactly as you are. I integrate somatic therapy, inner child work, and trauma-informed care to support the whole of you—not just the “functioning” version the world sees.

We’ll explore the stories, wounds, and protective patterns underneath—the ones you’ve carried for years that shaped how you relate to others, your body, and yourself. Together, we’ll work to rebuild safety, connection, and trust from the inside out, at a pace that honours your nervous system.

ABOUT ME 

I’m a trauma-informed therapist with over seven years of experience in the mental health field, dedicated to supporting women and couples as they heal from anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, and attachment wounds. My approach is holistic, warm, and grounded in evidence-based practices—including Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), inner child work, and mindfulness-based tools.

Based in the Illawarra area and serving the broader Sydney region, I offer in-person therapy locally as well as online sessions to clients across Australia and worldwide.

Before opening my private practice in June 2024, I spent several years working with homeless youth and their families—providing therapeutic support through the complexities of trauma, emotional dysregulation, and relational challenges. That chapter deeply shaped my commitment to creating safe, inclusive spaces where clients feel genuinely seen and supported.

Today, I specialise in helping individuals navigate insecure attachment patterns, emotional overwhelm, people-pleasing, and relationship difficulties. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low self-worth, or feeling disconnected in your relationships, my work centres around helping you reconnect with your authentic self and build lasting emotional resilience.

In sessions, I bring a grounded, relatable presence alongside professional depth. You can expect a non-judgmental space to explore your inner world, release old patterns, and develop practical tools for healing and growth. My intention is to walk with you—not just through the pain, but toward a life that feels more connected, secure, and aligned.

I offer individual counselling and couples therapy both in-person and online—for clients across the Illawarra and Sydney regions, throughout Australia, and internationally. This is a space for real, meaningful transformation—one compassionate step at a time.
